“A coin is easy to earn, a friend is hard to find; a coin depreciates but a friend appreciates.”
I may have lost a coin when I spent it stomping around, but the time spent whooping with friends is priceless.

According to A.A. Millen, creator of Winnie-the-Pooh, Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.
Let’s not judge people based on their physical features. Some might have mishaps on their appearances but they are spiritually fortunate and kindhearted than the pretty ones. Let’s give ourselves the chance to know each and everyone better, and keep the door of acceptance open.

Proper attribution should never be a problem. The habit of citing our sources or at least putting quotation marks around the sentences we copied from somewhere is a mindful practice of honesty and humility.

Maraming maraming salamat at congratulations sa ating lahat. I love you, pass it on.
Here’s to the best mom in the world; unconditional loving and a real superwoman, Pearl Panganiban! Happy, happy birthday, Mommy! I LOVE YOU. :*
We talked,
We walked,
for a Moment in Time.
You passed through my life that day and left your mark.
You may never pass my way again,
Or you may stay for a lifetime.
No matter what,
I want to say thank you for the impression you made
that will stay with me for eternity.
I enjoyed the walk,
I enjoyed the talk.
I am blessed for that moment in time.
The first time I saw you I knew you would affect my life,
though your role I did not know.
I asked myself, “Why is he alone?
Why does he sit so quiet, all alone?
Is he sad?
Is he glad to be alone?
Is he alone?
Is he lonely? “
There is so much I want to know.
I asked myself, “Why him?
When so many people pass through my life each day,
why him? “
What attracts me to you?
What makes me want to know more?
I want to know.
Even if my questions are never answered,
There is one thing I want you to know.
I have been blessed by the effect you had on me in that
Moment in Time

The people who went well beyond their call of duty. Who gave me something to think about besides homework. Who taught me to develop enthusiasm for what I do and don’t give up at the slightest obstacle – when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Who provided me good foundation and framed me to face the real world.
The impact that they have had on me is inexplicable. They have inspired and changed me in so many ways. They touched my life and accorded me with knowledge that books cannot offer. They helped me fulfill my potentials; to dream, to work hard, and to reach.
Like a mother who breastfed me for growth. Like a father who did for my upbringing. Like a grandmother who held my hand when I was learning to walk. Like a grandfather who told me the good old days. Like a sister who believed in me. Like a brother who patiently stood by me. Like a friend who laughed with me. Like a boss who drove me insane with pressure, yet, I’ve always wanted to impress. Like a coach who pushed me to strike the ball with power.
The best of who I am now reminds of the people behind it, including my professors/instructors who made my college years superfluously astounding.
THANK YOU, Sir Kane Choa, Sir Nicky Salandanan, Ma’am Cielo Timbol-Perez, sir Bong Lopez, and all my professors and teachers (I unfortunately don’t have pictures with) who taught me how to conquer life brilliantly while abiding my Thomasian values.
When God created teachers, He gave us special friends to help us understand His world and truly comprehend the beauty and the wonder of everything we see, and become a better person with each discovery.
